One day as I was looking through my photo album and I realized that “the dust” had definite shapes. Not only did I start to question what I thought, I realized I wasn’t “seeing” what was in these photos. This is when I started to go through 5 years of Burning Man photos .

Here are 2 photos taken very close together.

I seemed to be the only person who was questioning these little round, sometimes jelly fish shaped objects. No one else was seeing them, until … !

And then the world of digital! The detail became much clearer. Often mandela like, or ones that resembled ancient calendars with different colours within them …..

And then, within the last 3 months (now December 2007) I found these film photos from 2005! Look closely. This is when I really got excited and decided to get a digital camera.

Not only did this get me really charged at what was appearing in my camera, others started to send me their photos as well. Here is a sampling of them.

This is the brightest orb that has appeared so far at my December 2007 workshop – Clear Your Path. I initially thought it was a lamp at the end of the room. It is pink and green under the zoom. There are more than 6 other orbs in this room as well. The comparison photo taken 30 seconds later is included as well.

Orb Dream
The latest orb to appear was in my dream a week ago, last week of January 2008. It was a beautiful rose pink. I held out my hand and as an invitation. It came and placed itself on my right hand. I then gently put my hands on either side of it. It had an incredibly harmonious consciousness of loving joy that permeated my hands, travelled through my arms and into my body. This feeling has been with me ever since!

1st Green Juice Fasters – June 1-10, 2008

I just found this photo (Aug 200eight) from a CD my brother had created. Note the hexagon shapes. This is the first time this shape has appeared in my pictures.

In the fall of 2005 I began to notice that the same signs, themes, dream messages, etc., were surfacing in series of 3. I then realized these were NOT coincidences, as nothing is. So as I began to give attention to these similar occurrences, they started to happen more frequently. Amazing isn’t it . . . that which we give attention to increases in frequency! More recently I decided that if I was shown something 3 times, I would trust it as a confirmation and act on it. Below are my accounts of the 3′s that I have had to date.

Clues
#1. In the late summer of 2004 I found myself in the middle of the Nevada desert in a large pink dome at a workshop called DNA Activation at a festival called Burning Man. I experienced a journey through my pituitary gland, my cells and many other fascinating visualizations that left me wondering what had happened to me. At the end of the workshop I managed to ask the facilitator for his card that read, hypnotherapist.

#2. While researching local Rieki Masters on the internet to complete my Masters, I noticed on the sidebar of a particular page that free introductory hypnosis classes were being offered. I took note of it, but soon forgot.

#3. Heading south one afternoon while driving through the city, I saw a small notice board on the side of the road – “Learn Hypnosis”. When I saw this, my 2 previous memories joined this one and I knew that I needed to follow up with these messages.

Result: I am now a Clinical Hypnotherapist and so thankful for taking action on this power of 3! It has absolutely changed my life.

THE POWER OF

Foundational Teaching
This is one of the most powerful 3′s that have appeared, primarily due to the channels of delivery.

#1. During a vivid lucid dream I asked my pre-prepared question to a very nice blond young man, “What do I need to know to move myself out of my way?!” His eyes intently locked onto mine and he clearly said, “Die in every moment.” Although at the time I didn’t fully understand his message, I humbly and graciously thanked him for this message. The message felt so profound that it motivated me enough to wake up, turn on the light and write it down.

#2. I had just picked up a fabulous book after lending it to a friend, The Power of Now by Eckhart Tolle. I randomly opened the book to see what would appear and on the lower left hand corner of the page my eyes read, “Die to the past in every moment.” Even before I had finished reading the sentence, a very strange feeling crept into my body. I sat back in my chair and gently closed the book. I knew I was being asked to apply this teaching to my life.

#3. Never imagining that this could ever happen again, while cutting pictures out of a variety of magazines for a vision board, I was excited to see an article written by the same Eckhart Tolle. I sat back to enjoy his insight when 3/4 of the way down the page I read, “Die to the past in every moment.” After receiving this message for the third time, I realized this message was meant to help me free my mind of its active thought patterns.

Result: I continue to integrate this powerful teaching, reminding myself to be present and allowing the past thoughts to die in every moment.

Our brain waves reveal our state of mind through the frequencies we choose to live by in this physical world. (see Frequency) These brainwave frequencies are measured in, Hertz (Hz), by an EEG machine (electroencephalograph). The various brainwave states for adults are:

Lambda(~200Hz)
Hyper-gamma(~100-40 Hz) – see Lambda and Epsilon

Although Epsilon, Hyper-gamma and Lambda are associated with differing brain activity, they have been found to display the same states of consciousness. There seems to be a circular link between these extremes of brainwave activity and the states of consciousness which they represent. They appear to be associated with the type of extraordinary states of consciousness we find in the highest states of meditation, deepest levels of insight, personal original creative problem solving and high degrees of Self-awareness.

Gamma(~30-70 Hz)

- associated with combining information holographically for higher-levels of awareness; perception and consciousness of unity; has been call the “harmonizing” frequency allowing for unification of all different information

Beta (14-30 Hz)

- the state most related to the conscious mind in the normal waking state where our focus is directed away from our inner self; associated with direct linear thinking and wide awake mental activity, high levels of focused concentration; continual existence in this state creates anxiety and stress

Alpha (8-13 Hz)

- internally focused and self-reflective state such as daydreaming, relaxing walk, cleaning or light meditation while the conscious mind begins to relax and does not require full attention; insightful observations can be discovered at this level as the attention is in a state of open focus.

Theta (4-8 Hz)

– access to subconscious mind images; transition zone between wakefulness and sleep; creative inspirational problem solving and visualization, out-of-body meditation experiencing beauty and peace with spiritual insights; lucid dreaming; Shamanic “journeying”; psychic experiences; astral projection; extended remote viewing; deeper meditations; capability of transcending time and space; obtain information from the highest source

Delta (0.5-4 Hz)

- deep restorative sleep; deep physical relaxation, being in the “void” in timeless states, ecstatic states of consciousness; profound meditative states; physical body coma; awareness is within the Universal Mind; more challenging to hold memories of experiences in this state; the Super-Conscious mind is accessed in the state

Epsilon (>0.5 Hz) – extraordinary state of consciousness associated with high levels of inspirational states such as ecstatic states of consciousness, spiritual insights, Yogic states of suspended animation where no heart beat, respiration or pulse can be detected.

Brain Waves During Hypnosis
For some time the Alpha state was considered the “hypnotic state”. More research is indicating that theta, sometimes delta and gamma waves at 40Hz are predominant. Most wave patterns can be detected in all hypnotic states due to the interaction with suggestions and memories, as well as the influence and presence of the conscious mind.

The sequence of brainwaves during a session may look like this:

• As you close your eyes, focus on your breathing and begin to relax your body – alpha waves appear
• As your body and mind continue to progressively relax and deepen an increase in theta and some delta activity emerge. The alpha activity disappears.
• During a therapeutic session or spiritual regression, the brain wave activity can vary depending upon the nature of the suggestions and the effect they are having.
  
• During the hypnotic process there is a gradual increase in gamma wave activity.
  
• As the session comes to an end the alpha state returns and then finally the awake state of beta returns.
  

*These are also the same brain wave activities that are encountered in the sleep states.

“Remembering“

The following are moments of re-membering that have surfaced as images, scenes, feelings, understandings and teachings that have revealed themselves spontaneously, through meditation and hypnosis.

Harmony between the two hemispheres is essential for both learning and for activating full-brain potential. Activities that stimulate and develop the qualities of each side of the brain actually exercise your mind into a state of wholesome balance and greater intelligence.

• Slowly rotating your eyes from left to right, without moving your head, will activate both hemispheres
  
• Walking with your knees slightly lifted
• Alternatively touching the top of your knee cap with the palm of your opposite hand, will also create hemispheric balance.
  
• However, listening to the sound of nature by alternating your hearing from the left to the right ear will give you the very best results.

(As I started to record this following experience, I realized I had previously accessed past memories but didn’t realize what they were. In time, I will also include these accounts.)

I am fascinated at the thought that I am a culmination of energy that is infinite and at the same time, my memory (at the moment) is so finite. After reading an experience from Same Soul, Many Bodies, a door flew open in my awareness.

Author Brian Weiss had regressed a client (who was also a doctor) into a past life and he shares how his client’s present life has changed. In our last conversation he admitted that when the other medical staff is not looking, he’ll place his hands on the area of the patient’s body that needs healing and feels the surge of energy he remembers from centuries ago.

So, why not access my memory, re-member who I AM and ask myself to open to information, feelings and awarenesses that will assist me in my present? How many “past” experiences can I access? So I decided to find out!

This begins my formal exploration into accessing my memory of experiences, in whatever that meant!

The next morning I unplugged the phone, became comfortable in my meditation position and set the CD player to one hour of gamma frequency sound through my headphones. After a period of self-relaxation and calming my conscious mind, I directly asked my SELF in its infinite memory to bring forth any information that would assist me to more clearly understand my present life.

. . . I waited

. . . and I waited

. . . and my conscious mind got impatient

. . . and then, although somewhat difficult to initially understand, I felt leaves around me. I was in a jungle. I had very little clothing on, only a string cloth around my waist and some objects around my neck. I was a small man with medium brown skin sitting on the side of a bushy hill. I could see far out into the distance onto the lush hills/mountains. In my right hand was a spear that I knew I killed small animals with, particularly boars.

This lead me to understand that I (we) had an intimate relationship with the plants, their medicinal as well as their poisonous uses. Although I was alone, I sensed I was part of a group of people or tribe. We used the medicines from the plants to help people when they became ill. Certain mixers were used from specific plants depending on their taste, especially their bitterness.

Question: What about fear? How does he interpret fear in his world? I found this to be a fascinating answer.

His fear was based on fight or flight responses. It was purely instinctual and he didn’t question his decisions. Most remarkably while exploring this, I could feel that there was no concept or understanding of the self-deprecating fears or judgements within him that are so often associated with fear in this world. He had no concepts of, “I’m not good enough, I’m unworthy, I’m in lack of . . . , etc.” Due to my ability to feel his experience with fear, it was in this moment I became aware and felt the layers of pre-programmed fear within my current energy that was non-existent for him. This was remarkable for me to feel.

Although I continued to sit within the bushes, a window of understanding opened regarding the treatment of the people with medicinal plants when they were ill. What struck me was that if a person dies there was acceptance from the rest of the tribe in feeling, that’s the way the gods wanted it and that’s what was meant to be. There was a living of life and an acceptance of death.

Question: How can this life assist me with my understanding of my current life?

By this point I had begun to feel some remarkable differences in the way that we lived our lives. Then 3 clear words came through: Pure, Instinctual, Knowing. This man lived in bare feet, from the land and trusted his inner guidance which was very instinctual for him, without question.

Question: How am I supposed to translate this, pure instinctual knowing?

Both of us had entered our chosen life times with purpose, within a blueprint to experience our lives to the best of our understanding and ability. He was doing a great job at being.

This is when the questions started to be asked of me: Am I living in alignment with MY pure instinctual knowing? Am I fully accepting my life’s purpose? Am I allowing any part of me to doubt that? These questions showed me how complicated I have made my life, how much power and energy I give to thoughts that are fabrications of fear and ultimately how much I trust myself and the Universe.

We are Beings of energy and energy is governed by Universal Laws and Principles. These Laws are the spiritual/energetic framework of who and what we are. They govern ALL, creating the guidelines for our behaviour and ultimately how that behaviour effects our lives. These Laws hold a Truth that cannot be altered. They create the foundation for our lives within all faiths and beliefs.

It is a great advantage to understand the principles of energy to be able to see the bigger picture while working with the states of consciousness of your clients.  Consciousness is what creates and structures the reality that we experience.  The density of physical form that we embody is energy slowed down in vibration to exhibit a sold mass.  All form is a projection of creative consciousness manifested as systems for us to navigate in this world from our nervous system to the electrical system to the transport system, as well as the financial, economic and political system which are all created from our belief systems. All of these systems of energy are ultimately governed by (although not always adhered to) The Universal Laws or Principles.

In the field of consciousness, we accept that this is an infinite realm of potential and possibilities.  As is intended, this practice involves working with all aspects of thought formed energies that are not readily tangible or logical to the conscious limited mind. As a practitioner, it is extremely helpful to be intimate with the nature of energy to then be able to translate this to the client.

Law of Attraction
All forms of matter and energy are attracted to that which is of a like vibration. Like attracts like. Whatever thought (energy) is focused on the most, is what will be most attracted in life. The Universe unconditionally supports who we are in every moment by ensuring that whatever we broadcast out into the universe through our thoughts, feelings, words, and actions, produce the equal vibration that is attracted back to us.

Law of Detachment
In order to successfully attract something into our lives, we must be detached from its outcome. If attached, the resulting expectations create feelings of mistrust, doubt and fear of your desire being realized. Trust, acceptance and having faith are the dominant feelings to focus on.

Law of (Unconditional) Love
The primary Law is the Law of Love. ALL exists within this Law and is created from it. In human terms, it is the complete and total acceptance of what IS and what IS NOT. Love is the harmonious flow of energy that is constantly flowing into and through us, whether we are aware of it or not. Love is our Essence of our Being, connecting and unifying ALL that IS. Love is allowing ourselves to be who and what we are, allowing all the same rights to everyone. Love is our Nature.

Law of Manifestation
Everything created begins as a thought or an idea. Ideas and experiences are the energetic fuel that create our reality.

Law of One
Everything is energy – everything is connected to everything else. We are all part of the infinite energy of the Universe (Source, God, Great Spirit, Creator) consciousness. The energy of our thoughts, words and actions then affect the collective unconsciousness of the Universe within and around us.

Law of Resonance
Energies of the same vibrational frequency and quality are drawn to each other. “Like attracts like.”

Law of Relativity

The Law of Relativity states that nothing is good or bad until you relate it to something else until the mind assigns a  ‘positive’ or ‘negative’ emotion to it. Everything “just is” in comparison to something else.

1. The Principle of Mentalism
“THE ALL is MIND; The Universe is Mental”

2. The Principle of Correspondence
“As above, so below; as below, so above.”

This Universal Principle states that the principles or laws of physics that explain the physical world (energy, light, vibration, and motion) have their corresponding principles in the universe. Our outer world is nothing more than a reflection of our inner world. What is happening on the internal individual level is also happening on a global level and visa-versa.

3. The Principle of Vibration
“Nothing rests; everything moves; everything vibrates.”

The Principle of Vibration states that everything in the Universe moves, vibrates, is in motion in circular patterns. Vibration is in everything, from the tiniest molecule to the biggest rock, in physical and biological systems. Vibration is in matter (energy, light and sound)  Every mental and/or emotional state of thoughts, feelings, desires, has its own has its own unique vibrational rate frequency.

4. The Principle of Polarity
“Everything is Dual; everything has poles; everything has its pair of opposites; like and unlike are the same; opposites are identical in nature, but different in degree; extremes meet; all truths are but half-truths; all paradoxes may be reconciled.”

The Principle of Polarity states that everything is on a continuum and has an opposite. We can suppress and transform undesirable thoughts by concentrating on the opposite pole. It is the law of mental vibrations. It also states that two contrasting sets of qualities are actually just two aspects of the whole and not two separated and distinct things. Every set of opposites represents a unity consisting of a reunion and balancing of the opposing poles. Together they build the unity of the phenomenon itself.

5. The Principle of Rhythm
“Everything flows, out and in; everything has its tides; all things rise and fall; the pendulum-swing manifests in everything; the measure of the swing to the right is the measure of the swing to the left; rhythm compensates.”

6. The Principle of Cause and Effect
“Every cause has its effect; every effect has its cause; everything
happens according to the law; chance is but a name for law not recognized; there are many planes of causation, but nothing escapes the law.” (also known as The Law of Karma)

Any action produces or returns a result or outcome in exact proportion to the act or cause, which initiated it. There is no such thing as chance as an uncaused happening. If we cannot see a cause for an event it does not mean there is none – it just means that the cause is obscure and not known. There is always continuity between what has happened in the past, what is happening now and what will happen in the future.

“Gender is in everything; everything has its masculine and feminine principles; gender manifests on all planes.”
